The Arkansas River flows through the heart of the 28th Senate District of Kansas, and we enjoy the Kansas Aviation Museum and a number of beautiful parks. Our district is comprised of south Wichita, north Derby, Oaklawn-Sunview, and portions of Gypsum, Haysville area, Riverside, Rockford, and Waco townships.
